Gacha is building the global consumer platform for trading cards and collectibles.

We combine e-commerce, gaming, marketplaces and physical collectibles to create a new way for people to discover, collect, trade and own the products they love.

We’re looking for a high-potential generalist to work directly with our founders and take ownership of a critical part of the business.

You will begin by owning and improving Gacha’s Hong Kong collectibles operation. This includes analyzing product performance, launching better packs, sourcing inventory, building our card-grading pipeline and improving the systems behind the business.

This is not a traditional operations role. You will be expected to understand product, the customer, analyze the economics, form a point of view and execute your recommendations.

As Gacha grows, the role can expand into new product categories, international markets, partnerships or ownership of a complete business line.

• Analyze customer behavior, revenue, gross profit and product performance
• Identify new pack concepts, price points, collectible categories and IP opportunities
• Recommend what we should launch, improve, scale or discontinue
• Build product economics and attractive prize structures
• Coordinate launches across product, marketing and operations
• Review results and turn insights into the next iteration

• Determine what inventory the business needs and when
• Source sealed products, graded cards and raw cards across Hong Kong and Asia
• Evaluate purchases based on demand, market value, liquidity and expected returns
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms
• Prevent shortages, overbuying and slow-moving inventory
• Maintain accurate visibility across available, committed, inbound and grading inventory

• Build analyses and operating plans for new opportunities
• Improve internal systems, dashboards and decision-making
• Identify risks before they affect customers or launches
• Take ambiguous priorities from idea through execution
• Work across product, growth, finance and operations

• One to three years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, technology, e-commerce, marketplaces, startups or another demanding commercial environment
• Strong academic performance at a leading university
• Highly analytical, commercially minded and comfortable with numbers
• Able to think strategically while executing hands‑on
• Strong ownership, judgment and follow‑through
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
• Clear written and verbal communicator
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to learn analytical tools quickly
• Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
• Based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate

Experience in trading cards is helpful but not required. We care more about intelligence, learning speed, curiosity, judgment and ownership.
