Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards and tracking frameworks to deliver timely reporting.
• Analyze customer behavior and operational trends to uncover key factors influencing digital adoption and engagement.
• Perform data preparation, exploratory data analysis, and support predictive modeling projects.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for regular sprint reviews, cross-functional stakeholders, and management updates.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to reconcile multi-source data, maintain data quality, and automate reporting pipelines for operational efficiency.

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python; proven track record in dashboard creation and multi-source data validation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in driver analysis; exposure to predictive modeling or advanced statistical methods is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment working across multidisciplinary teams.
