Duties & Responsibilities:

-Reports to the Sales Manager and establish action plans according to corporate objectives

-Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers

-Discussing technical requirements with customers and engineers

-Maintain positive relationship with customers

-Ensure fulfillment of performance

-Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales

-Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers

-Identify new business opportunities in the market as well as within existing portfolio

-Maintain an extensive knowledge of our company's technical products

-Provide feedback and market insights to support product strategy and business planning

-Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up-selling, cross-selling, and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Requirements:

• BEng/Dip in Engineering or relevant field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales field, or fresh grad with relevant education background and good presentation skills

• Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

• Excellent presentation and creativity skills

• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers

• Proven track record in B2B sales and customer account management

• Class 3 Driving License preferred
