OUR COMPANY IS LOOKING for a Wu Shu (Wushu) Trainer/Instructor:

* Conduct Wushu training classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.

* Teach proper Wushu techniques, including stances, kicks, punches, jumps, forms (Taolu), and basic weapon routines where appropriate.

* Demonstrate correct movements and provide individual coaching to improve students’ techniques.

* Develop structured training programs according to students’ age, ability, and fitness level.

* Conduct warm-up, stretching, conditioning, flexibility, strength, and coordination exercises.

* Monitor students’ progress and provide regular feedback and corrective guidance.

* Ensure proper safety procedures during training and minimize the risk of injuries.

* Prepare students for Wushu grading, demonstrations, competitions, and performances.

* Coach competition participants on routines, technique, physical conditioning, and performance presentation.

* Maintain discipline and promote sportsmanship, confidence, teamwork, and respect among students.

* Inspect and maintain Wushu training equipment and ensure the training area is safe and organized.

* Assist in organizing Wushu events, workshops, competitions, and promotional activities.

* Maintain attendance, training, and student progress records when required.

* Communicate with students and parents regarding training schedules, performance, and development.

* Perform other Wushu training and coaching duties assigned by the management.
