Overseeing and supporting the operational activities of an organization.

Works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient processes, streamline workflows, and optimize overall productivity.

Daily Operations and Service

Operations Supervision: Ensures daily attendance at various work sites. Monitor operations and provide hands-on support during peak service periods

Issue Resolution: Handles daily operational issues

Safety rules: Ensure the venue follows local food hygiene and safety laws.

Staff Management

Team training: Supervise and train the team members in accordance to the service standards

Rostering: Plan work schedules and assign daily duties

Cost and Inventory Control

Stock checks: Manage ordering, inventory levels, and monthly stock counts.

Budget support: Help cut waste and watch operational costs to meet target profits.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B/hospitality
• Team leader and able to work as a team
