Job Summary

Become part of our dynamic team as a Service Crew at The Organic Winery, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests in our City Hall Central Region location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly to create a positive first impression
• Take accurate orders and provide informed recommendations on organic wines and menu items to enhance guest experience
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset quickly
• Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally and courteously to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe dining environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
• Collaborate well with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
• Adapt flexibly and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Exhibit a positive, friendly, and professional attitude to uphold service quality
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage, is advantageous but not required
• Willingness to learn and undergo training as no prior experience is necessary
