We are looking for a dedicated and reliable team player to join the A&G Library and Knowledge Management (“KM”) team. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Executive to join our team. The Executive will support the Library and the Learning and Development (“L&D”) division of our KM Department.

The job includes the following:

• Ensure smooth running of library operations, facilities, and services, including online resources
• Support collection development and maintenance of a library
• Respond to library queries
• Perform online research, including the use of online databases and resources
• Assisting in organising and running training programmes including record keeping, administrative, and logistical matters
• Reviewing and formatting training materials
• Assisting generally in other KM support functions
• Ad hoc duties

The candidate must possess the following qualities :

• Good team player with positive work attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Able and willing to learn
• GCE O level with 4 passes including English (essential for communication and documentation)
• At least 2 years’ work experience
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Accurate, meticulous, and organised
• Able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
