Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional facial treatments, brow shaping, and brow maintenance services
Provide personalized consultation to understand client needs and recommend suitable services
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment
Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the client experience
Create a warm, relaxing, and welcoming environment for all guests
Requirements:
NITEC / Diploma in Beauty Therapy
Experience in brow shaping, or related beauty services preferred
Passionate about beauty, wellness, and customer service
Friendly, professional, and attentive to clients’ needs
