We are looking for an experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee daily salon operations, lead our team and ensure excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure high standards of service quality and hygiene are maintained
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
• Monitor inventory of beauty/salon products and place orders as needed
• Train and mentor junior staff on treatments and customer service
• Support sales targets by promoting salon packages and retail products
• Assist management with reporting and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a beauty salon/spa, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of beauty/aesthetic treatments and products
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends/PH
