We are seeking a hands-on Food Court Manager to oversee daily operations, manage stall/tenant relations, and ensure a clean, efficient, and profitable food court environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food court operations, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Manage relationships with stall tenants/vendors and ensure lease/rental compliance
• Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and facilities staff
• Handle customer complaints and ensure service standards are met
• Monitor foot traffic, sales performance, and tenant occupancy
• Coordinate with tenants on promotions, events, and rental renewals
• Ensure compliance with SFA licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations or facilities/mall management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with SFA/NEA licensing requirements
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends/PH
