Job Description & Requirements

·  Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements

·  Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.

·  Create2D and 3D shop drawings, as-built drawings, and ensure timely updates to project documentation.

·  Verify that all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and requirements. 

·  Be familiar with BIM, REVIT MEP, Autocad

·  Able to do static calculation for ACMV system

·  Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement planning.

·  Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors,sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.

·  Provide technical support to clients and internal project teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure quick resolution to minimize project delays.

·  Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project progression.

·   Prepare essential documents such as method statements, shop drawings, and work progress reports for M&E related works.

·   To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.

·  Make sure project is carried out according to schedule.

·  Need to work night shifts and extended hours as required by site operations
