Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all customers.
Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations when required.
Handle cashier duties, including cash and electronic payments.
Display, arrange, and replenish bakery products neatly.
Pack and serve bakery products according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, counter, and dining area.
Check product freshness, quality, and expiry dates.
Assist with receiving, checking, and storing stock.
Support daily opening and closing duties.
Assist with basic food preparation when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.



Requirements:

F&B, bakery, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage.
Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
