Education: Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop/service centre is preferred Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Service Advisor Good communication and customer service skills Experience: 3-5 years Nationality: Malaysians Only Own transport: None

Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements
Prepare job sheets, quotations and service recommendations
Explain repair and maintenance requirements clearly to customers
Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth job progress
Update customers on vehicle repair status
Follow up with customers after service
Ensure proper documentation and job closing
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
Maintain good customer relationships and professional service standards
