• Prepare, verify, and close customer and supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all invoices are supported by the required documents, including purchase orders, quotations, and payment records.
• Reconcile invoices, payments, and account statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments.
• Update and maintain accounting records and financial data in the accounting system.
• Assist in preparing monthly account reconciliations and financial reports.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and financial records.
• Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
