1. BELZONA APPLICATION & TECHNICAL SERVICES

• Perform hands-on Belzona application works at customer sites, including surface preparation, mixing, application, rebuilding, coating, sealing and repair works in accordance with Belzona procedures in both On-Shore and Offshore environments.
• Assist in carrying out site inspections, measurements and assessments to determine the required repair scope and application method.
• Prepare tools, equipment, Belzona products and materials required for site mobilization and ensure they are properly handled and stored.
• Execute Belzona repairs, demonstrations, mock-ups and application trials under the direction of the Technical Engineer or Supervisor.
• Support Belzona applicators and Technical Engineers during major repair projects and ensure application procedures are followed correctly.
• Develop strong practical knowledge of Belzona products, application techniques, surface preparation requirements and industrial repair solutions.
• Assist with preparation of method statements, application procedures, site reports, inspection records and other technical documentation.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, tool control and work area preparation before, during and after Belzona application activities.
• Provide basic technical assistance to customers and Sales personnel based on practical Belzona application experience.
• Attend Belzona product and application training and maintain the competency required to perform Belzona application works.
• Comply strictly with MCIS, customer and site HSE requirements, including permit-to-work, PPE, chemical handling and site safety procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and communication with customers, contractors and site personnel during all field activities.

2. SITE & OPERATIONS SUPPORT

• Support site mobilization and demobilization, including checking, loading and organizing Belzona products, tools, equipment and consumables.
• Prepare customer orders and site materials accurately according to product codes, quantities and delivery requirements, coordinating with Sales and Operations to ensure timely preparation.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, stock rotation and housekeeping of Belzona products and application equipment in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor product batch numbers, expiry dates and stock levels, and report damaged, expired, missing or insufficient items to Management.
• Assist with receiving, checking and recording incoming products and maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Conduct warehouse stock counts, inventory checks and assist in resolving or reporting stock discrepancies.
• Support Sales and Technical teams with site logistics, urgent order preparation, stock audits and other reasonable operational duties as required by Management.
• You will be expected to lift boxes, climb ladders and organize products in the stockroom.
• When needed, you will also assist on loading and unloading cargos using Fork lift. We will provide the training/certification to do this.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
