Responsibilities

• Repair and replace faulty hardware component at customer site (Laptop,
• Desktop and tablet)
• Installation and troubleshoot of software/applications
• Install and reloading of windows OS Diagnose and replace the correct faulty
• parts
• Report and update job status using real time system
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance to IT security and SLA
• Willing to travel around Singapore

Requirement

• NITEC or Diploma in any IT related field
• Relevant IT support experience is an advantage
• Good Soft skills
• Must be willing to travel island wide.
