We are looking for an experienced AI Architect / AI Solution Engineer to lead the architecture, design, development, and end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Azure AI services, machine learning, cloud platforms, and AI-based video analytics, along with the ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Solution Delivery

• Lead AI solution architecture, design, development, and end-to-end implementation across projects.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models using Python and cloud-based AI services.
• Integrate video analytics and video processing capabilities into AI solutions.
• Design scalable, high-performance, reliable, and secure AI systems.
• Translate business requirements into effective AI-driven technical solutions.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI and cloud services.
• Support edge AI deployment strategies where applicable.
• Apply DevOps practices for AI development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to cloud architecture, deployment automation, and AI platform optimization.

Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement AI opportunities.
• Participate in requirements gathering and review functional specifications with Business Analysts.
• Work closely with technical leads and architects to ensure solutions align with established architecture principles and standards.
• Support project planning, technical discussions, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Quality & Governance

• Participate in peer reviews and promote high-quality coding and solution design practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with technical standards, security policies, governance requirements, and project guidelines.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges related to AI model performance, scalability, and deployment.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, developers, and data scientists.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, cloud services, and industry trends.
• Contribute to strategic AI initiatives and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Promote best practices across AI development, architecture, deployment, and operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with video analytics, computer vision, or AI-based video processing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices within AI, ML, or data engineering projects.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong solution architecture, problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP)
