Job Responsibilities:
- Manage SKU registration, product page setup, QC and content publishing on *************
- Use Jira to manage publishing workflows, track progress, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Drive on-time registration by understanding ************* processes, including local legal review requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate end-to-end ************* publishing, from asset sourcing to web production, ensuring compliant web content and global process alignment.
- Optimize and update content in line with SEO best practices and requirements.
- Execute digital content uploads, removals, and troubleshooting across retail stores.
- Support weekly and monthly ************* performance reports with traffic, engagement, and conversion trends.
Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in web operations, e-commerce, digital content, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in SKU registration, product page setup, web publishing, and content QC.
- Proficiency in web publishing platforms and workflow tools such as Jira.
- Understanding of SEO, web content optimization, and digital best practices.
- Knowledge of content compliance, legal review processes, and global publishing workflows.
- Strong project coordination and timeline management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Basic understanding of web analytics and performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience managing web content using CMS (Content Management System) tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web usability is preferred but optional.
