The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance applications within an agile, hybrid work environment.

Technical Requirements

Candidates Must Demonstrate Comprehensive Expertise In The Following Areas

• PHP & Laravel: Expert-level knowledge of PHP (8.x) and the Laravel framework is mandatory. You should be well-versed in MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, and Service Containers.
• Database Architecture: Proficiency in relational database design and optimization using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• API Integration: Extensive experience in developing and integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Version Control: Professional experience with Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Frontend Fundamentals: A working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is required to ensure seamless backend integration.
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• System Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable backend features using Laravel.
• Architecture & Expansion: Participate in the architectural planning of new modules to support our expanding user base.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct code reviews and implement performance tuning to ensure low latency and high availability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with front-end developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain rigorous technical documentation for all developed processes and system changes.
  
  

Professional Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and the discipline to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work setting.
