Job Title : Technical Specialist, Agent (Rider) - Penang Based
Contract : 6-months contract, with a chance to convert to permanent based on performance
Work Schedule : Mon - Fri (9:00 am - 7:00 pm)
Location Covered : Penang Island, Sunway Carnival Mall and AEON Bukit Mertajam.

Responsibilities:

• Perform product inspection as per provided checklists and process
• Clarify and explain the actual condition of the product to the customer accurately
• Perform price negotiation and effective communication with the customer

Qualification:

• Own a motorcycle
• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (B2 or B)
• Integrity and strong time management
• Attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptive to a dynamic work environment
• Negotiation skill and service mind
• 5-day work week

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: RM 1700.00
• Monthly Incentive: RM 600.00 (performance-based)
• Overtime & Mileage Claimable (if applicable)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
