Key Responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition: Actively hunt for new leads through cold-calling, networking, and door-knocking. No excuses, just results.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow our existing accounts. You aren't just a salesperson; you’re their trusted business partner.
• Sales Presentations: Pitch our products with fire and conviction. You must be able to command a room and handle objections like a pro.
• Market Intelligence: Keep your eyes on the competition. Identify trends before they happen.
• Closing Deals: Follow up relentlessly and close deals to hit (and exceed) your monthly and yearly targets.
• Collection: Ensure your clients pay on time. A sale isn't a sale until the money is in the bank.

Requirements

• Mindset: High energy, resilient, and thick-skinned. You don't take "No" personally; you take it as a challenge.
• Experience: 1 – 3 years in outdoor sales or business development.
• Mobility: Must possess your own transport (Car) and a valid driving license.
• Communication: Must be able to speak convincingly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independence: We don't believe in micromanagement. You must be self-motivated and able to manage your own sales pipeline.
