The role controls, at minimum, the following document classes:

Inspection & Integrity

• Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Inspection Work Packs, Inspection Data Sheets
• NDT reports — UT, PAUT, TOFD, MPI, PT, RT, ECT, LRUT, MFL
• Thickness Measurement Location (TML) / Condition Monitoring Location (CML) records and grids
• Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) studies and re-assessments (API 580 / 581)
• Equipment inspection reports per API 510 (pressure vessels), API 570 (piping), API 653 (tanks), API 571 (damage mechanisms)
• Fitness-For-Service assessments (API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1)
• Corrosion loop drawings, corrosion circuit diagrams, corrosion rate registers
• Anomaly register, deferral / temporary repair records, Written Scheme of Examination

Personnel & Equipment Qualification

• NDT technician certifications (ASNT SNT-TC-1A, PCN, CSWIP, ISO 9712) with expiry tracking
• Welder qualification records — WPS, PQR, WQT/WPQ, welder ID registers, weld maps
• Equipment calibration certificates with traceability to national/international standards
• Competent Person and Visiting Engineer credentials (Malaysia — DOSH registration)

Maintenance

• Work orders, job cards, task sheets, equipment history cards
• Preventive/predictive maintenance routines and completion records
• Spare parts and material certificates (EN 10204 Type 3.1 / 3.2), PMI reports
• Lifting equipment inspection and thorough examination records

Quality & Change Control

• Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (CAR/PAR)
• Punch lists (Category A/B), Technical Queries (TQ), Site Instructions
• Concession / Deviation / Waiver requests and their disposition
• Method statements, JSA/HIRARC, Permit-to-Work records, toolbox talk registers

Engineering References

• P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, equipment datasheets, vendor manuals
• Redline markups and as-built issuance
• Client technical standards and specifications (e.g. PETRONAS Technical Standards, where applicable)

Registers & Dossiers

• Master Document Register (MDR) / Master Deliverable List (MDL)
• Transmittal register (inbound and outbound)
• Supplier Document Requirement List (SDRL) / VDRL
• Manufacturing Record Book (MRB), Final Documentation / Turnover Dossier

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
