Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the company's fleet of vehicles.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, inspections, and breakdown support to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, road tax, insurance, permits, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, fuel usage, accidents, and service history.
• Investigate vehicle accidents, damages, and traffic violations, and coordinate insurance claims where necessary.
• Ensure drivers comply with road safety regulations, defensive driving practices, and company safety requirements.
• Manage vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and roadworthiness of all fleet vehicles.
• Monitor fleet-related expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare fleet performance reports, maintenance reports, and KPI analysis for management.
• Liaise with external service providers, workshops, tyre suppliers, fuel vendors, and government authorities.
• Assist in fleet expansion, vehicle disposal, and replacement planning.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Malaysian transportation regulations, JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and commercial vehicle compliance.
• Experience in managing commercial vehicles such as lorries, trailers, and delivery trucks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
