Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business process harmonisation and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation across key business units.

The role involves working closely with vendor and stakeholders to standardize workflows and support system rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• To be part of the implementation team to roll out a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across our Airframe Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Line of Business
• To collaborate with stakeholders to harmonize and improve business processes for all Airframe MRO entities globally
• To work closely with software vendor to design and incorporate the harmonized business processes into the MES
• To participate in change management for successful deployment of the new MES locally and overseas
• To conduct training for the MRO users in operating the MES
• To support software testing and go-live activities
• To execute the mapping, cleansing and migration of operational data from legacy systems to the MES
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• Experience in MRO environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
• Experience in data migration/cleansing is an added advantage
• No work experience required
• 1 Year contract (renewable/convertible based on performance)
• Able to travel overseas when required
• Work location: Seletar
