Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with company standards. Experience in room cleaning operations is preferred.


Supervise and deploy cleaning staff, prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure sufficient manpower across sites.


Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleaning quality and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.


Serve as the main liaison with clients, respond to enquiries and complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Monitor and manage cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables to ensure adequate stock levels.


Ensure all staff comply with company policies, safe work procedures, and WSH regulations.


Coordinate staff training to improve operational performance, service quality, and regulatory compliance.


Maintain accurate operational records, including schedules, inspection reports, client feedback, and incident reports.


Resolve operational issues promptly, including manpower shortages, service complaints, and site-related challenges.



Requirements



Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related discipline.


Minimum 2 years of supervisory or operations experience, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.


Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.


WSQ Environmental Cleaning, WSH, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.


Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
