We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and hands-on IT expertise to keep our systems running smoothly and our users smiling!

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, servers, and networks

Manage and support end-users across software applications and hardware, including POS and CCTV systems

Troubleshoot complex issues with professionalism, providing timely solutions and guidance to the team

Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and security systems

Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure service quality and timely project delivery

Drive and manage ad-hoc IT projects, aligning them with business needs and growth strategies

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Firewall, and Networking

Hands-on experience with POS and CCTV systems is highly advantageous

Proven ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Supervisor

Immediate availability is preferred
