Job Summary

The Operations & Contract Manager will oversee large-scale manpower and service operations across multiple sites, ensuring effective service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale manpower and service operations across multiple locations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise a sizeable team of operational personnel to meet service standards
• Oversee customer-facing and service-counter operations to maintain consistent service quality
• Manage contracts across multiple sites with varying schedules and service requirements to ensure compliance
• Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, and customer satisfaction to drive performance improvements
• Manage manpower deployment, scheduling, replacements, and contingency arrangements to maintain operational continuity
• Liaise directly with clients and relevant Authorities on operational, service, and contractual matters to ensure alignment and compliance
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, operational procedures, and service standards through regular oversight
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, audits, and performance assessments to identify and address operational gaps
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance service delivery
• Coordinate staff training, development, and competency requirements to build team capability
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates on service performance and contractual matters to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site operations and customer-facing services would be advantageous
