The Role

The Finance Manager will oversee revenue operations, accounts receivable, grants administration, treasury management, and financial controls. This role supports financial governance, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable, revenue transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Oversee billing operations and partner stakeholders to resolve revenue-related issues.
  • Administer grants, monitor funding utilisation, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Support cash flow planning, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
  • Drive finance process improvements through automation, systems enhancement, and best practices.
  • Contribute to strong financial controls, governance, and reporting standards.


Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, revenue management, grants administration, treasury management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the non-profit, healthcare, eldercare, education, or social service sector will be an advantage.
