About the client

Our client is a leading Brand consulting agency, headquartered in Malaysia.

Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of shipments, fulfillment of customer orders, and proper documentation. This role focuses on shipment coordination, cost management, and inventory control to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams on shipment receiving and delivery.
• Manage transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle procurement-related documentation such as purchase orders, shipping, and tracking records.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accuracy of stock records.
• Control procurement-related costs (transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment).
• Prepare monthly procurement performance and KPI reports.
• Liaise with finance and operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide support on ad hoc procurement and operational assignments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, especially in shipment and order handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with logistics and suppliers in China).
• Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in procurement/logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP or order tracking systems is an advantage.
