Overview

We are hiring a Software Engineer to develop and support automation software for laboratory and industrial equipment.

You will work on machine control applications, HMI development, PLC integration, equipment communication, and system troubleshooting. The role is hands-on and involves working closely with hardware, automation, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using C#/.NET
• Design and develop HMI applications for machine operation and monitoring
• Integrate software applications with PLCs and other industrial equipment
• Develop machine control, data acquisition, monitoring, alarm, and logging functions
• Support equipment communication using industrial protocols
• Perform software testing, debugging, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Work with engineering teams on machine integration and system improvements
• Support deployment and technical issues at customer or production sites when required

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering or automation software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET
• Hands-on HMI development experience, such as WPF or WinForms
• Hands-on PLC programming or PLC communication experience
• Experience in machine control, industrial automation, equipment software, or similar environments
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus, TCP/IP, SECS/GEM, or similar
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, laboratory automation, medical devices, robotics, or manufacturing automation is an advantage
