Job Summary

Join Food Concepts Group as a Chef De Partie, contributing your kitchen skills to deliver high-quality dishes in a dynamic restaurant environment. You will support senior chefs, maintain your station, and ensure every dish meets our standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef during service to coordinate timing and ensure smooth execution of dishes
• Prepare pastry dishes following company standards for taste, texture, presentation, and portion size
• Follow prescribed recipes and techniques to maintain ingredient quality and consistency in all preparations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of your station throughout service
• Communicate clearly with team members to report improvements, challenges, or resource needs in your section
• Ensure every dish prepared and served from your station meets the restaurant’s high-quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant pastry or kitchen experience
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail by consistently producing high-quality food presentations
• Exhibit a positive and motivated attitude to collaborate effectively in fast-paced kitchen environments
• Show eagerness to learn and grow with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Apply creativity and a results-driven approach to achieve culinary excellence
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required
• Immediate availability is an advantage
