Job Summary

Manages and drives BIM initiatives in accordance to the overall resources, timelines, standards, and client/organizational requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic and resource planning to ensure the successful deliver of BIM deliverables
2. Manage day-to-day BIM implementations, operations and deliverables.
3. Develop, review and update the BEP and related documents.
4. Lead the overall production and delivery of the detailed design model, coordinated, simulation and as-built models.
5. Establish processes and protocols for data exchange and user right access to maintain model integrity and validity.
6. Communicate with project stakeholders to facilitate RFIs, design changes, and ensure that the model is updated based on the resolutions provided.
7. Lead the overall information production and data extraction for design, procurement, construction team and other stakeholders.
8. Produce BIM progress report on bi-weekly/monthly basis or as requested to identify and measure BIM implementation progress.
9. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company
10. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in AEC or related field.
• In depth knowledge of BIM processes and knowledge of industry standards.
• Possess BIM related licenses and certifications.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to use time productively, maximize project efficiency and meet challenging project goals.
• Ability to take on additional technical responsibilities and knowledge as needed with minimal guidance.
• Posses the ability to lead a team and work independently.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• Minimum 5 years in BIM, design or engineering related experiences. 
• Proficient in BIM authoring software.
