岗位职责

  • Preparation of tender for term contracts relating to air-conditioning services
  • To create and manage Sales Quotation, Sales Invoice and ensure claim submission and payment are made promptly
  • Liaise with owners, developers and relevant authorities relating to the term contracts
  • Manage technical team(s) to ensure prompt completion of term contracts with good quality
  • Schedule and dispatch technical team by utilising manpower
  • Attend to customers' complaints/feedback promptly to resolve any air-conditioning issues by reviewing and implementing corrective and preventive action(s)
  • Having knowledge and skills on Chilled Water System is advantageous
  • Other relevant ad-hoc duties
