What will youdo?

In this position, you will join our Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for ourclients across all types of building and infrastructure projects. We know thework we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it is the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that reallysets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Support the delivery of security and risk consulting services through securityassessments, audits, and the development of mitigation strategies for built environment projects.
• Contribute to the planning and design of physical and electronic security solutions,ensuring security requirements are effectively integrated into project and client objectives.
• Prepare technical deliverables and documentation, including reports, specifications,and security design recommendations in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to incorporatesecurity considerations throughout planning, design, construction, and operational phases.
• Support project delivery and business growth through active participation in client engagements, design reviews, proposals, and the delivery of high-quality consulting outcomes.

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone thatactively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will alsoneed the following:

The candidateshall possess:

• Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Security Management,Engineering, Architecture, Built Environment, or a related discipline, with relevant industry certifications considered advantageous.
• 3–5+ years of experience in security consulting, security engineering,or security risk management, preferably within the built environment,infrastructure, or critical facilities sector.
• Demonstrated capability in security risk assessments, security masterplanning, and physical/electronic security design, applying Security by Designand CPTED principles.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, standards, regulatoryframeworks, and technical documentation, including the preparation of reports,specifications, and design deliverables.
• Experience delivering security solutions across complex builtenvironment projects such as transport, healthcare, commercial developments,data centres, government, defence, or critical infrastructure.
