We are hiring an operations coordinator to assist with the company's daily operations.
This role is suitable for someone who possesses strong communication skills, outgoing person
Main Responsibilities
1. Daily operations arrangement
2. Communicate with different departments for arrangements
3. Prepare reports.
4. Visit jobsites
5. Coordinate feedback between users, management and vendors.
Requirements
1. Strong communication skills, outgoing personality
2. Familiar with common workplace tools such as Excel, Word, Google Drive, shared folders
3. Able to understand workflows and communicate issues clearly.
4. Experience with operations, logistics, marine, transport, will be an advantage.
