1. Process Management
Support and optimize wet and dry manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and productivity targets.
Monitor and maintain process parameters within established specifications.
Manage wet processes, including Copper (Cu) plating, Nickel (Ni) plating, developing, stripping, and seed layer etching.
Support dry processes, including dry lamination, Laser Direct Imaging (LDI), and fly-cutting.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to ensure process stability.
2. Chemical Analysis
Perform routine chemical analysis of plating solutions and process baths.
Conduct weekly replenishment of Cu and Ni plating solutions.
Monitor chemical concentrations and recommend adjustments.
3. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot process equipment and identify root causes of equipment-related issues.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate spare parts replacement and equipment upkeep.
Assist in equipment installation, qualification, and process validation.
4. Quality Management & Problem Solving
Investigate process deviations, quality issues and customer complaints.
Apply problem-solving methodologies such as CAPA, 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis(RCA).
Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related discipline.
Knowledge of electroplating, chemical processes, or semiconductor/manufacturing operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and RCA is preferred.
