Job Summary

Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus. Prepare materials and assessments, monitor student progress, and communicate effectively with parents to support student achievement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons that align with the Singapore MOE syllabus to enhance student understanding and participation
• Prepare lesson materials, assignments, and assessments to support curriculum objectives and student learning outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to guide improvement
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning engagement
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents regarding students’ progress and areas for development

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of Mathematics teaching experience in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore MOE Mathematics syllabus
• Familiarity with Singapore national examination requirements and assessment standards, including PSLE, GCE O-Level, and GCE A-Level
• Excellent communication skills to manage classrooms effectively and engage students
• Basic proficiency in Mandarin to support communication needs related to student demographics
