Admin Executive & Receptionist

We currently have 3 branches across Singapore: West (Bukit Timah Plaza), Central (Balmoral Plaza) and East (Eastgate at Katong). Do let us know if you prefer to work at one of the locations.

Job Description

• Communicate with customers regarding SS programmes, fees, replacement classes, etc.

• Prepare apparatus for experiments. This includes purchasing and maintaining inventory.

• Mark quizzes and monitor students’ progress to help them achieve better grades.

Requirements

+ Passionate about enriching children's lives through effective education.

+ Maintain high standards with a strong attention to detail. Thorough and accurate when accomplishing assigned tasks.

+ Able to work one and a half weekend days (Sunday from 12 noon, and Saturday).

[2 weekdays, including Fridays, will be rest days. You’ll be able to avoid weekend crowds on your rest days. Furthermore, there is no need to work on most weekends in June and December.]
