TLDR;

Zugo is a collection of tech-enabled home & living brands and we need someone to come lead our distribution efforts

We do things quite differently from most companies in the h&l space.

One of the many quirks is that we require everyone to take on operational duties (e.g. installations) from time-to-time to properly understand the business.

We are also a startup, so we do work (play) quite a fair bit.

If you are still reading, here's the job

We are on track to becoming a 7-figure business in our first year of business, and we want your help to make sure that happens

First, help us double down on existing channels by:

• Building the content engine and content for multiple brands across channels (i.e. Instagram and TikTok)
• Figuring out the playbook to grow and maintain our communities at scale (e.g. group buys)
• Basically, help us figure out what has worked and what hasn't and take it to next level
• We have other channels - but it won't be in your short-mid term scope

Discover new channels and take it end to end

• We are open to many things, so the floor is yours to experiment and try new things
• It could be building partnerships, or launching on other social media sites (e.g. Lemon8)
• But the above channels would be the immediate priorities

Ultimately, you will own a significant portion of the distribution outcomes

And we think that these are good skillsets to have:

• Content creation
• Community building
• Data analysis
• Media buying
• Full funnel thinking
• Product positioning
• Customer research

But if you don't have these skills, it's fine, it's more important that you:

• Love a good challenge
• Love exploring and learning
• Love taking ownership
• Care about delivering meaningful outcomes
• Can thrive in the 0-1 chaos
• Have an open mind and low ego
• Ultimately, we believe more in your 'slope' than where you are currently

AI skills

Zugo is build by ex-tech founders. We want to as they call it, tech-maxxed in the h&l space. This includes leveraging AI to the fullest on all fronts including marketing.

If you do join us, we will work closely to figure out how to use AI to maximise our distribution leverage.
