Responsibilities

Office & Operations

• Manage daily office functions, including supplies, reception coverage, and basic facilities coordination.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel so consultants can focus on client work.

Documents & Records

• Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to keep records accurate and easy to find.
• Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and client documents to a professional standard.

Team Support & Coordination

• Support the team with data entry, simple bookkeeping tasks, and expense claims to keep accounts up to date.
• Serve as a helpful point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear follow up and timely responses.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• SPM, diploma, or equivalent; fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of admin experience are welcome.
• Comfortable working in a consulting or office setting and willing to learn basic finance and record keeping.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and spreadsheets.
• Experience with document management, data entry, scheduling tools, and basic bookkeeping principles.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear written and verbal communication, strong organisation, and attention to detail.
• Professional, discreet with confidential information, and able to prioritise tasks in a calm manner.
