Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Miri, responsible for managing financial and administrative aspects of the club’s operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling accounts receivable and payable, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with monthly closing and reporting. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, supporting budget tracking, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures. The Account Executive will respond to member and guest inquiries related to billing, support the finance team with audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, and comfort working with numerical data.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with members, colleagues, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently on-site, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in hospitality, leisure, or club operations finance is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of local financial regulations and practices in Malaysia is beneficial.
