Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and support the expansion of Interadigm’s events and training offerings. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, preparing and delivering client presentations, negotiating proposals, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, monitoring market trends, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets. The Business Development Executive will also represent the company at events and meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client portfolios.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and market research related to business development.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, events, training, or professional services is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in standard office and productivity software.
