Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).

Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.

Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments

billing/payment collection, attend to enquiries, etc.

Perform administrative duties such as TCM-related insurance/corporate scheme claims, maintain filing system, maintain accurate patient/clinical data records, accounts settlement, maintain clinic supplies, stock taking, etc

Assist physicians in preparing treatment rooms for consultation, acupuncture, tuina, or herbal medicine dispensing.

Comply with clinic procedures in adherence to MOH and TCM regulatory guidelines.

Any other tasks as directed by the operations manager and/or Physicians

Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems)

Customer service mindset

Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage
