Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain procurement data accurately in the system.

• Prepare and update purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.

• Maintain proper filing of procurement records and documents.

• Update supplier information and purchasing records.

• Assist with data checking and reconciliation of procurement documents.

• Provide general administrative support to the Procurement Department.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma.

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Admin.

• Able to interact comfortably with all levels of people.

• Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship.

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

• Able to commence work within short notice.
