Account Assistant

Office location: 211 Henderson Industrial park, Singapore159552

Job Description

• AR: Recording payments received from customers, monitordaily cash flow

• AP: Recording suppliers’ invoices, preparation of paymentvouchers and GIRO transactions

• Record day to day financial transactions/ record dailybank transaction promptly

• Perform other financial operations such as petty cashmanagement

• Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner

• Respond to queries by clients on A/P or A/R related issues

• Maintaining accurate records for all transactions

• Ensure documents (hard & soft copy) are filed promptlyand accurately.

• Assist in any ad-hoc assignment when required
  

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic accounting and GSTPrinciples

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant workexperience

• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures

• A keen eye for detail

• Responsible, Meticulous, willing to learn andgood attitude

• Ability to work in a team as well asindependently
