Role summary

We require strong experience in core banking and/or private wealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Temenos T24 products especially in Private Wealth Banking (Derivatives, Structured Products, Securities ) , Treasury Modules and Financial Accounting.

Responsibilities

Partner with banking clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.

Develop clear and concise specifications (BRDs & FSDs) for custom development, ensuring the development team has a complete understanding of the project goals.

Analyze gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, proposing realistic solutions and workarounds that stay within project scope.

Analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its benefits.

Conduct workshops and demonstrations to effectively communicate product capabilities to stakeholders.

Manage communication with all project stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.

Provide end-user training and mentorship.

Supporting Automation team including test data preparation explaining functional flow etc.

Conduct functional support for SIT and UAT.

To review deliverables such as Test cases, Test plans, RTM and Closure reports.

Skills Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field.

Strong hands on experience in T24 wealth products and product knowledge in T24 modules

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Selenium and Tosca

• Strong understanding of Private Wealth modules.

Domain Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial/ wealth banking domain, specifically in Private banking with exposure to Private Wealth products and lifecycle processing.

Experience with other JavaScript frameworks, familiarity with DevOps practices, and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA or Trello.

Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with a specialization in Private Banking.

Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements.

Proven track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations
