Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shipment operations and ensure smooth and timely delivery processes in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, customs brokers, and customers to ensure efficient logistics coordination.
- Ensure all shipment documents are checked, prepared, and delivered accurately, including commercial invoices, export documents, customs documentation (such as LMW declarations), and other shipping-related paperwork.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations, local customs laws (including Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse / LMW requirements), and trade import/export rules.
- Maintain strict adherence to GMP guidelines across all storage, handling, packing, and dispatch processes to preserve product quality and safety.
- Manage and reconcile LMW inventory records, raw material movements, and customs reports (e.g., LMW Lampiran returns) to avoid compliance audit discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide regular reports to HOD on shipment performance, LMW status updates, including any issues encountered and corrective actions taken.
- Handle any shipment-related issues, customs disputes, or compliance deviations, proactively seeking effective resolutions.
- Interact with various internal departments such as production, quality assurance, inventory management, and customer service to align shipment requirements smoothly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Studies /Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably, minimum 8 years working experience in Supply Chain preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills and meticulous
- Required skills: Computer literate, proactive in resolving issues, strong sense of urgency, result oriented, work independently, positive attitude, good team player, excellent communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skill.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Third language would be an added advantage
- Preferably candidate who are able to start immediately.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
