Overview
Go Foxir Agency Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Frappe and Python to join our dynamic team at ************* In this flexi-remote role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our core HR Tech platform, which serves SMEs across the region. You will collaborate closely with the Founder and Product Manager to create scalable features, integrate third-party services, and ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong Python skills, Frappe expertise, and a proactive approach to leveraging AI coding tools for enhanced productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Frappe modules, DocTypes, backend logic, and frontend components to enhance platform functionality.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services, including payroll calculators, authentication systems, and analytics tools, to enrich user experience.
• Configure FrappeHR to ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN 2.
• Review, refine, and optimize AI-generated code for accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage platform services on Linux VPS via SSH, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to deliver features on schedule, adhering to the product roadmap.
• Write comprehensive tests, debug issues, and ensure the platform's stability and performance through rigorous testing.
• Document technical implementations and maintain internal knowledge resources to facilitate team collaboration.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and data protection standards to safeguard sensitive HR and payroll data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Frappe and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and Linux infrastructure.
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory compliance related to HR and payroll.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools for code generation and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
