Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate interior design, wall finish, building material, and decorative installation projects from planning to completion.
• Prepare and follow up on project timelines, budgets, material schedules, procurement plans, and site coordination work.
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant government authorities where required.
• Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and follow up on site issues.
• Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive English Site Reports and other project-related documentation in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate design development, space planning, tender drawings, construction drawings, and project documentation when needed.
• Monitor workmanship quality, site safety, project schedule, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Work closely with internal design and project teams to solve problems and improve project workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction, Building Studies, or related disciplines.
• Around 5+ years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, construction, building materials, or project coordination.
• Experience in residential, retail, commercial, shopping mall, office, public building, school, renovation, or interior fitting-out projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of drawings, materials, site coordination, architectural details, joinery details, procurement, and project administration
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related design/project software
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities independently.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with a mandatory requirement to draft high-quality English Site Reports.

薪酬： $24,000.00至$29,000.00（每月）
