A world-renowned quantitative investment firm is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its elite Investment Technology team. This is a high-impact role where you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering business-critical systems used by trading, quantitative research, and engineering teams across global offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and enhance complex front-to-back trading workflows across multiple asset classes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to API, database, and system architecture design initiatives.
• Produce clear and well-structured documentation to support global development teams.
• Define project scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Partner directly with software engineers to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience, ideally within a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, Solutions Architect, or similar role in financial services.
• Previous software development experience, with the ability to read, understand, and review production-grade code. Experience with Python or Java is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of systems design, integration, APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex technology solutions.
• Familiarity with financial markets and asset classes such as Equities, Futures, Options, or Fixed Income.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to electronic trading systems and the FIX protocol is advantageous.
